What are the differences between the Installer User Types?

  1. Installer Office - Admin
    1. This is the Admin controller of your entire account.
    2. Can add users, and cities and perform all marketing functions
    3. Can edit company details (address, phone number, etc.)
    4. The only level that can edit an existing order (not recommended!)
  2. Installer Office – Office User
    1. This is your Customer Service / Sales role in your company
    2. The person who communicates with your clients on all orders
    3. Uploads all design proofs
    4. Moves the job through all stages of workflow
    5. Performs close out of project (invoice upload, photo verification)
  3. Installer Office – Field User
    1. This is your Installer who is typically out on the road managing all orders on-site
    2. This role cannot communicate with clients or leave notes in viewable areas
    3. Includes unique mobile browser-based view that shows just what the Installer needs when on a jobsite
