What are the differences between the Installer User Types?
- Installer Office - Admin
- This is the Admin controller of your entire account.
- Can add users, and cities and perform all marketing functions
- Can edit company details (address, phone number, etc.)
- The only level that can edit an existing order (not recommended!)
- Installer Office – Office User
- This is your Customer Service / Sales role in your company
- The person who communicates with your clients on all orders
- Uploads all design proofs
- Moves the job through all stages of workflow
- Performs close out of project (invoice upload, photo verification)
- Installer Office – Field User
- This is your Installer who is typically out on the road managing all orders on-site
- This role cannot communicate with clients or leave notes in viewable areas
- Includes unique mobile browser-based view that shows just what the Installer needs when on a jobsite
