What happens if I receive an order from a customer in a city that I don’t have in my City Database?

Our software is designed to keep your orders flowing smoothly, even when you need to handle a new area. However, please keep in mind that you’ll need to research the sign code for that area before processing the order. If a sign code isn't in the system, the customer can choose the maximum sizes, and they'll be notified that a code for this city isn't available yet.

You’ll also get a friendly reminder if there are active orders that need sign code research. This is when you might have to gently inform your customer that they’ll need to select a smaller sign size. That's why we recommend doing a little extra work upfront to keep your sign code database organized and accurate. It’s all about making the process as seamless as possible for you and your customers!
