How do the “Zones” tools help my business?

1. We have developed a very useful set of tools to help pre-determine “Zones” within your overall Service Area. This allows you to select 5-mile by 5-mile blocks and color code them with up to 10 different Zones.
2. This color coding helps you when scheduling your projects because the colors will show up in the title of each project at Scheduling time. This helps you to group your Zone 1, Zone 2, etc. onto the same days.
   1. Pro Tip: Align your Zones based on travel corridors along your local freeways. This is the best way to make sure you are scheduling areas that are easiest to get to for billing purposes
   2. Pro Tip: Consider working your install schedule by zones. (Ex: Zone 1 on M/W/F, Zone 2 on Tue, Zone 3 on Thur)
